Membership terms
Effective October 30, 2026
These terms cover Cleetus accounts and paid Cleetus memberships sold by AdaptiveBase LLC. Software licenses for the Cleetus extension and IDE are provided with each release.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide an email address you can receive mail at. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Membership and billing
Memberships renew automatically each billing period at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from the billing portal on your account page. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not provide partial-period refunds except where the law requires.
Changes
We may change membership features or pricing. Price changes apply from your next renewal after notice by email, and you can cancel before they take effect.
Third-party engines
Cleetus is independent and is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI. Engine accounts, model usage and their costs are governed by each provider’s terms.
